Poreflon® Microporous Products
Poreflon® PTFE microporous membrane sets new standards in open porosity with sharp pore size distribution. Special manufacturing processes enhance the strength of the membrane, allowing higher strength at thinner cross sections, further improving flow & retention characteristics.

Processed from electronics-grade materials to exacting standards, Poreflon® PTFE microporous products offer low extractables and trace ionics, and is non-shedding.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Liquid & gas cartridge filters
Gas transfer membranes
Syringe & laboratory filter devices
Moisture barriers & fabrics
Breather vents
Flow regulators
Instruments & sensors
Dielectric spacers & insulators
Catalyst carrier
Analytical substrate
Poreflon® microporous PTFE membrane is precision manufactured to exacting standards of permeability, particle cut-off, strength and cleanliness. The highest open porosities in the industry, combined with exceptional strength, offer new benchmarks in pleat efficiency and flow characteristics.
